Jerry Sullivan, a 32+ year veteran in Chicago commercial/industrial real estate industry. Jerry joined PW Commercial Real Estate in 1992 as an associate member and today his is a Principal of the firm. Mr. Sullivan prides himself on providing his clients with professional, unbiased advice throughout his career and his primary area of focus is within the I-55/I-80 Corridors. Jerry has completed over 20 million square feet of transactions in his career and has twice been recognized by his peers by being a finalist in the prestigious Industrial Transaction of the Year Award by the Chicago Chapter of NAIOP. Jerry continues to represent national companies and entrepreneurial firms in the Chicagoland area and nationally.
