Mrs. Fletcher joined the Charles Hawkins Co. in 2019 where she worked on the brokerage and asset management side of the business. Her focus is on the sales and acquisition of self-storage commercial properties in the South East. Prior to joining the Charles Hawkins Co., Mrs. Fletcher worked for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at her alma mater, where she solidified her commitment to service and selflessness throughout different work environments. After moving to Nashville, TN In 2018, she worked as the program coordinator for Vanderbilt's Master of Accountancy program at Owen Graduate School of Management.
