Throughout his commercial career, George has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the Tri-Valley and Tracy markets. During his time with Colliers International he has completed over 500 transactions. His skills in negotiation processes and his knowledge of the local market have empowered him with the qualifications necessary to represent each client well. A native of Tracy, George has built a wealth of relationships with business owners in the Tri-Valley & Tracy areas who continue to trust him with their real estate transactions.
