George Williams, CCIM, began his real estate in 2015 after working for over a decade at Dell Technologies. He's a partner within the Price Edwards and Company's Retail Investment Team and his responsibilities encompass marketing, sales, and leasing of retail properties within Price Edwards' portfolio. With expertise representing landlords, developers, and local and national tenants in Oklahoma, George brings a balanced blend of decision-making and collaborative skills. He excels in understanding client needs, building rapport, and closing deals effectively. George's approach centers on relationships. Leveraging his network of retailers, developers, landlords, and brokers, he assists clients adeptly. His achievements span diverse property types, including neighborhood, community, power centers, mixed-use, and lifestyle properties, along with development and redevelopment projects. George is a Baylor University graduate and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Commercial Real Estate Council. Notably, he's a board member of NEOKC Renaissance and Chairman of the Alpha Community Foundation of Oklahoma. Acknowledged as a Costar Power broker from 2017 to 2021, George has earned multiple Sales Transactions of the Year and Lease Transaction of the Year awards from the Commercial Real Estate Council. In 2022, Price Edward and Company’s Retail Investment Team closed $67,000,000 in transactions. George is a graduate of Baylor University.
