George Vukobratovich

George joined Welsh Companies in 2013 with an extensive background in mechanics and property management. After growing up in the family business and working maintenance on many of the properties Welsh still manages today, George attended the University of Florida where he majored in Business Administration. Soon after, he realized his passion for cars and was sponsored by Daimler Chrysler Corporation where he trained and worked for 10 years to become a Master Certified Technician. This background has provided him a unique understanding of the structural and equipment systems that come with all types of properties from small retail to large Class A office buildings. He applied his knowledge of system operations, design, problem solving and organization to a position as a property manager. This knowledge, with George’s ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members, tenants, owners, and vendors enabled him to effectively manage commercial properties. George is now a licensed Broker and handles multiple aspects of the company with an emphasis on operations and asset management.
