George Thomas CCIM has over 45 years experience in commercial, industrial, investment real estate. He has considerable buyer-tenant representation experience in both facility and site acquisition. George is a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute. A past president of the Oklahoma CCIM Chapter, he has remained active in OK/CCIM leadership for more than ten years. George Thomas CCIM has also coordinated the planning, zoning, and marketing of large mixed-use land development tracts. His long association with Whiteside and Grant Realtors, a company known for it's expertise in marketing, assembly, and acquisition of sites for significant developments in the Metro Tulsa area has resulted in extensive experience in site acquisition land development transactions.
