George Okinaka

As a Las Vegas native, George graduated from the University of Nevada with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services degree. George has more than 25 years of retail commercial real estate experience in Las Vegas and Seattle, working both in-house for the landlord and at several brokerage houses. George started his commercial real estate career at CBRE, then the American Nevada Company, then Voit Real Estate Services and now, R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate. Some of his major clients have included Bank of America, Chick-fil-A, C-III Asset Management, Dollar Tree Stores, Greystone, The Necessity Retail REIT, ULTA Beauty and Wells Fargo Bank. George is a passionate supporter of the Las Vegas community, volunteering at organizations such as Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada, the Three Square Food Bank and The Animal Foundation.
