Established in 1997, Demayo Properties and its affiliates have experienced controlled and steady growth. We take a long term approach to ownership and management by creating quality, income-producing projects and seeking to effect and deliver value by maintaining lasting relationships with our tenants, communities, lenders and partners. Particularly important to us is our relationship with our tenants. In our firm, our tenants come first. Part of putting tenants first is meeting tenant needs from the very beginning. From assistance in design, space planning and construction management, to management of the facilities. While many companies claim to put the needs of their tenants ahead of their own, Demayo is uniquely structured to do precisely that. We’re family-owned and a deliberately lean and tight-knit organization. That means there is low overhead cost and no majority outside-investor pressure to increase profits at the expense of tenants. Signing the lease isn’t the end of our interaction, but the beginning.
