Geoffrey Orf

Geoff had been an industrial real estate broker for 29 years and is a leader in the St. Louis industrial market providing occupier and investor representation services. He has represented clients on numerous transactions involving industrial and office real estate acquisitions, dispositions and leasing. Geoff is heavily involved with supply chain clients delivering strategic real estate services to address his clients’ needs. Geoff’s experience has made him an expert in the intricacies of the local market and he leverages this knowledge to negotiate the best terms for his clients. Prior to joining Colliers, Geoff was a Senior Director at Gateway Commercial, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis. Prior to Gateway, Geoff spent six (6) years at Cushman & Wakefield and eight (8) years at Trammell Crow Company. Throughout his career, Geoff has worked with clients including Duke Realty, Sealy & Company, Seyer Industries, Reckitt Benckiser, Ben Hur Steel Worx, Wainwright Industries, MiTek Industries, Inc., Bassik Services and Crane Co.
