Thereafter, he attended the University of Baltimore School of Law and six years later, became the youngest partner in the history of H&R Retail. Throughout Geoffrey’s distinguished career, he has established himself as a leading retail broker and industry expert in the Washington, DC, and Baltimore regions having completed nearly 1.000 transactions totaling over 10.6M SF. Geoffrey’s comprehensive market knowledge stems from his extensive experience in landlord representation, new development, tenant representation, and value add redevelopment. His career highlights include facilitating the market entry for H&M, LA Fitness and Chase Bank as well as new developments such as The Boro, The Station, and Belmont Chase.
