Geoffrey Hannan

Geoff is one of the founding members of BRT Real Estate. Previously working at Capital Real Estate from 2003-2024. He was awarded Capital Real Estate’s Top Salesperson honor in 2004, 2005, and 2009, 2013, 2019 and 2022. He has produced $600 million in volume throughout his career in commercial real estate and attributes his success to his knowledge of the retail marketplace, transactional processes and his determination for achieving the objectives his clients and he set together. Geoff received his BA in Business Administration from the University of Delaware where he was an All-Conference Guard for the Fighting Blue Hen football team. As a San Diego local he enjoys surfing, skiing and playing golf. FORE
