Geoff Linder
Geoff is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in operations and strategic management. He currently serves as an Associate at Range Realty Advisors, a role he has held since October 2024. Prior to this, Geoff was the Managing Partner at Aqua Azul LLC, operating under the name Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions, from May 2017 to February 2023. In this capacity, he spearheaded all aspects of business operations, including sales, customer service, and accounting, aligning them with the company's goals. Geoff managed a team of 13 employees, developed and implemented successful sales strategies, and grew the client base from 14 recurring clients to over 120. He was also responsible for financial oversight, including budgeting and forecasting, which helped optimize profitability and cost efficiency. Before his tenure at Aqua Azul LLC, Geoff worked at Ivie, where he gained valuable experience in strategic operations, project management, marketing, and vendor management. As a Strategic Operations Project Manager at Ivie from October 2015 to April 2017, he traveled frequently to client headquarters, supporting local teams with process changes, marketing support, and training. Geoff was also cross-trained in various areas such as in-store marketing, digital marketing, media buying, and installation. Earlier in his career, he served as an Operations Coordinator at Ivie, where he played a key role in process development and streamlining, supporting teams in reducing time to market, and coordinating across multiple departments. Geoff’s career began with an internship at ND Partners, where he conducted market research and evaluated competition.
