Geoff Beans

Geoff Beans utilizes employer data and research to design comprehensive plans for companies of all sizes. His focus is to increase a company’s bottom-line while creating financial freedom for its labor force. Geoff partners with company executives, including human resources, to identify recruitment and retention issues. He crafts customized housing solutions based on their specific needs. Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Geoff moved to Greenville in 2014 to attend Furman University where his studies focused on Finance, Marketing, and Performance Management. Recruited out of high school, Geoff played forward on the Paladin basketball team throughout his college career and served as Team Captain his senior year. Active in the community and with his alma mater, Geoff joined NAI Earle Furman in August of 2018.
