Gavin Russell

Having graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2005 Gavin initially began his career with J&E Shepherd, spending eight years in the Dundee office before moving to Perth in 2014. Gavin successfully passed his APC and became an MRICS Chartered Surveyor in 2014. Gavin also completed a secondment to the Tayside local assessor in 2014, where he gained experience in rating valuations and appeals and has acted for a number of firms to achieve successful rating appeals. He has over 15 years’ experience in the Central, Tayside, Angus and Fife commercial property markets, with particular focus and expertise in Valuation and Commercial Agency.
