Gavin Fite

Gavin Fite joined Retail Solutions in 2016 after serving in the commercial real estate industry since 1995. Over the past 13 years, Gavin has specialized in retail project leasing, tenant representation and property management. Some of Gavin’s other previous experiences include asset management, transaction management, and corporate services for office and industrial users and owners. Gavin has breadth of knowledge and experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth retail real estate industry, but also in office, industrial, and call center site selection. Prior to specializing in retail, Gavin spent time with several notable national brokerage firms in Dallas/Fort Worth, where he focused on corporate services and asset management. Gavin represents tenants such as Tea2Go, Erbert and Gerbert’s Sandwich Shop, Tone Shop Guitars, Galeto Brazilian Steakhouse (outside DFW), and Magic Cup throughout Texas, in addition to working around DFW with Pera Turkish Kitchen, Lamps Plus, Peterbrooke Chocolatier, Saucy Crab, Villa Mediterranean, among others. Gavin is a 1988 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the United States Tennis Association and The Planetary Society.
