Gary Woodward

Based in Atlanta, Gary Woodward specializes in agency leasing in Southeast. On behalf of shopping center owners and investors, he is responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies to maximize each property’s full potential. His vast experience in agency leasing has enabled him to develop and maintain strong retailer relationships at the national, regional and local level. Prior to joining JLL, Gary worked as a Southeast Territory Manager for U.S. Food service in Atlanta. His responsibilities included overseeing the sales division, which included selling goods to local and national restaurants. Also, he provided consulting to local restaurateurs on marketing strategies, business plans and long-term business goals. Additional experience includes serving as an Owner/Operator of a restaurant for more than ten years and working in various retail positions. Through his experience he has developed relationships with vendors, landlords and retailers, on a local, regional and national level. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) holds a real estate license in the states of Georgia, Florida and Oklahoma. Gary is an affiliate member of NAMAR (Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors).
