Gary Weddle is the Managing Partner and Founder of TWG Commercial based in San Diego, California. Mr. Weddle is responsible for originating and executing on multifamily investment sales throughout Southern California. As a leader in San Diego County, Mr. Weddle is also focused on growing the company’s presence in Southern California. He serves on the TWG Commercial Investment Advisory Committee which provides strategic direction to serve the firm’s clients best. Mr. Weddle brings more than thirteen years of experience in commercial real estate advisory services. Prior to founding TWG Commercial, he served as First Vice President of The Zorbas Group of Marcus & Millichap. Mr. Weddle has executed more than $300 million worth of multifamily sales for institutional and private capital clients. Born and raised in North County San Diego, Mr. Weddle possesses a deep understanding of the dynamic San Diego County multifamily market.
