Gary Tang, CCIM, LEED AP, CEO of the corporation, focuses in comprehensive real estate knowledge and experience, believing that his vast knowledge base benefits his clients. He spent over 30 years building the solid foundation that included architecture, construction, appraisal, mortgage banking and mortgage brokerage, sales and leasing, property management, development, and investment syndications. He is a Realtor, a licensed real estate broker, and a general certified real estate appraiser that allowed him appraising any complex real estate in the State of California. His real estate experience and credibility are further evidenced by his CCIM designation that is conferred by the CCIM Institute. His knowledge in environmental design and construction aided his passing of the examination, that the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) accredited him the designation of LEED AP. When not working, he is usually engaged in one of these activities that he loves: sport fencing, teaching kung fu, running Marathons, writing poetries and essays, drawing, fishing, and enjoying the fine arts. He authored Combat Shaolin that was published in 2004. Gary’s professional memberships include the Appraisal Institute, the CCIM Institute, the Californian Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Lai Hung Chinese Martial Arts Institute, and the Richmond Sport Fencing Club.
