Gary Sonmore

*Gary Sonmore has been a commercial real estate broker since 1980 with broad leasing & management experience. *Originally from Minneapolis, Mr. Sonmore served as Vice President of Hedlund Properties from 1980 to 1988. *He moved to Colorado and served from 1988 to 1992 as Vice President & General Manager for Colorado Bighorn Corporation and Executive Services. *He then started AmeriCo Realty Services in 1993 and served as President until 2002. *He started proSource Commercial Realty in 2002. *Mr. Sonmore also was a founding officer and Director for AmeriVest Properties, Inc., a public REIT based in Denver. He was instrumental in the IPO and asset management. He now owns TRU Commercial LLC.
