Gary Shaker

Gary Shaker started Shaker Realty Ltd. in January of 1999 with his father, Frank Shaker. Prior to Shaker Realty Ltd., Gary and Frank both worked for an International Commercial Real Estate Company for five years, and one of the largest local Real Estate Firms in Ottawa for ten years. Gary has over twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience and he has covered many aspects of the industry including the leasing and sales of retail, office, mixed-use, multi-family apartments, vacant land and industrial properties. Gary has focused his efforts on prime areas of Ottawa including the Byward Market, Elgin Street , prime downtown locations, the Glebe, Westboro, as well as high traffic locations throughout metro Ottawa. Gary has worked with both local and national clients servicing all aspects of their Commercial Real Estate needs. From day one of its fruition, Gary decided that Shaker Realty Ltd. Brokerage would base its foundation on the old-world principal of valuing people over money.
