In 1999 Gary received the “SIOR Industrial Transaction of the Year,” the C&W “Deal of the Year” award in 1999, 2001, 2004, 2005, 2009, and 2010, and the C&W “Service Excellence Award” in 2003 for outstanding service as ranked by clients. He has brokered transactions with a combined value in excess of $750 million.
