Gary Pinkston

Gary L. Pinkston founded Meridian Pacific, Ltd. in 1988 as Principal Owner/President. Meridian Pacific, Ltd. is a privately owned vertically integrated corporation primarily involved in the investment and development of real estate in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Texas, and Kansas. The development activities of the company include over 150 projects including hospitality, retail, residential, and industrial projects. Their offices in San Francisco, California and Honolulu, Hawaii are actively involved in the development, design, engineering, construction and financing of projects in their respective areas. Previously, Mr. Pinkston was co-owner of The Walker Pinkston Companies, a major design and building contractor that evolved into one of the premier developers of neighborhood shopping centers in California. The firm developed some 55 shopping centers over a 10-year period. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Hawaii and California, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Kansas State University.
