Gary Pezza has exceptional knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and brings other professional business experiences that will enhance our company. He has executed all types of real estate transactions and developed an extensive client base. He is currently a member of the Commercial Industrial Broker Society and is Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified, CIREC. He has been featured in various publications such as Newsday, NY Times, House Magazine, The Long Islander and the New York Real Estate Journal. Gary was Senior Director in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused on tenant and agency representation as well as investment sales. Previously, he was a Senior Director at NAI Long Island where he was engaged in all areas of commercial real estate sales and lease transactions. Prior to NAI, he was Founder & President of East Neck Development where he supervised the purchasing, development, sales, leasing and marketing of commercial and residential real estate for over thirty years.
