Gary Pepp

Gary Pepp has a combination of 38 years in the commercial real estate industry. After 25 years of operating his own real estate finance company, Mr. Pepp left the mortgage banking industry to join Bailes and Associates, Inc. There, he focused on his client's needs for office, industrial and retail spaces while specializing in the medical office field. He is currently President/Partner of his own business, Physicians Commercial Real Estate Services, which focus on representing tenant/buyer physicians and their real estate requirements, Gary's Company is in partnering with CAP (Cooperative of American Physicians) to service their their 12,000 plus physicians as their tenant/buyer representative. He studied at California State at Long Beach and Kent State University in Kent Ohio. Gary is a Navy Veteran who served with the Fighter Aircraft Squadron VF 194 on three separate tours of duty on board aircraft carriers in the waters of Viet Nam
