Gary Parker

Gary Parker is a co-founder and principal of Intelica CRETM, Bamboo Equity PartnersTM, and INCORE Property Solutions. He is responsible for overseeing all office, industrial leasing, sales, investment and brokerage activities. During his career, Parker has accrued over $1.3 billion in lease and sales transactions. Parker represents tenants, landlords and investors assisting local regional and national corporations. Prior to forming Intelica CRE, Parker was a Director of Industrial leasing for Sansone Group (1999—2010), a partner at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (1986—1999) and a sales associate for Gundaker Commercial Group (1984—1986). Parker is a licensed broker in Missouri by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
