Gary Nalbandian

Gary Nalbandian brings veteran brokerage experience to RSR. His transactional focus includes sales and leasing of commercial/industrial properties; developing projects for clients for retail; project planning consultant; acquisition of municipal approvals and zoning; and financing of commercial properties. Gary’s move to RSR represents an opportunity to use more than 58 years of real estate and financial experience to guide up-and-coming agents, sustaining an already established platform of senior agents. In 1970, Gary co-founded NAI CIR, the first real estate company in central Pennsylvania specializing solely in commercial and industrial real estate. As principal, Gary was responsible for recruiting and training new employees, agents, and associate brokers. He was the head of the property management group and built relationships with all regional business leaders. Gary was also the Founder, Chairman, President, and CEO of Metro Bank, a $3 billion asset bank traded on the Nasdaq stock exchange, with 34 offices in Harrisburg, York, Reading, and Lancaster and 1,500 employees.
