Gary is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in real estate and workplace solutions. He is the Managing Director of Metzler Enterprises, LLC, a consulting firm he established in 2011 to provide real estate and workplace solutions to individuals and organizations in transition. His expertise includes brokerage and investment services, lease administration, and design and facilities project management. Prior to this, Gary served as Director of Global Real Estate at Texas Instruments, Inc., where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of 24 million square feet of owned and leased properties across 35 countries, overseeing more than 200 leases and 100 transactions annually. Earlier in his career, Gary played a key role as Facilities Manager for the DMOS6 Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication Facility, overseeing the finish-out of a 1 million-square-foot building shell and the qualification of a 120,000-square-foot clean room. He also has experience as Manager of Worldwide Facilities Technical Services, where he led a team providing technical support for 1,500 employees, and as Manager of Worldwide Environmental, Safety, and Health, where he directed global programs and ensured compliance with federal and state regulations. Gary’s career began as an Architect in Worldwide Construction at Texas Instruments, where he served as the sole internal licensed architect on large-scale office and production facility projects.
