Gary Leone

Gary N. Leone joined CBRE in 2013 as First Vice President upon the sale of Fameco Real Estate, the Philadelphia region’s leading retail brokerage firm specializing in retail real estate and the shopping center industry. Gary’s corporate career path has brought him through prominent companies such as McDonald’s, Wawa Inc., Hollywood Entertainment and Pubic Storage. Prior to joining Fameco in 2002, Gary was a real estate strategy and development consultant with Northwest Atlantic Real Estate Services and the Standard Group, where he was responsible for site acquisition and leasing services from New York to South Carolina. Today, Gary leads the expansion efforts of many national tenants in the greater Delaware Valley area.
