Gary Fisher

Gary has been a licensed commercial real estate broker in Wilmington since 1991. During that time, he has worked with leading local developers to select sites for office, retail and multi-family projects and represent them through the development and leasing process. He specializes in helping investors find opportunities and has extensive experience with tax-deferred exchanges. He also works with several prominent medical practices to assist them in finding appropriate space to lease or purchase. Gary has served on the Board of Directors of the Commercial and Investment division of the Wilmington Board of Realtors. He is enrolled as a CCIM candidate with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
