Prior to establishing his own brokerage firm, Mr. Chimeri began working for a national company, Marcus & Millichap Investments on Madison Avenue in New York, NY. During his tenure, Gary’s tenacity and persistence has resulted in transacting hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial sales and leasing. Mr. Chimeri has received many accolades including the Co-Star Power Broker award in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2020 and 2021.
