Mr. Ahlfeldt joined Minasian & Associates in September 2000 as an Associate Broker. He is responsible for commercial leasing, property acquisitions, and sales. His extensive experience in the real estate field includes Account Manager for Commonweath Land Title, Branch Manager for Keeler Dilbeck Realtors, San Marino, and Broker Associate/Assistant Branch Manager for Coldwell Banker. He has been a California Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1983. He is a member of the Tuesday Morning Breakfast Group, an association of commercial real estate agents covering the San Gabriel Valley.
