Garry Adams

Garry Adams has produced more than $2 billion in development, acquisition and leasing activities with national and regional retailers. He currently directs all financial, development and leasing activities for Capital Realty, Inc. Capital Realty, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Mr. Adams who brings more than 25 years of successful and diversified experience in providing financial and real estate services for growth companies and individual clients. His efforts and leadership have produced more than 300 new locations for the best in class retailers. During his career, Mr. Adams has served as Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Aaron Brothers Art & Framing, National Director of Real Estate for FedEx/Kinko’s, Inc., and Regional Director of Real Estate for Eckerd Corporation, as well as Director of Real Estate for Boston Market. Mr. Adams is a graduate of The University of Alabama and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a long standing member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He holds real estate brokerage licenses in California and Alabama. Garry is an accomplished public speaker on real estate matters.
