Garrick Hagins

Garrick joined Atlantic in 2010 with the opening of the Pittsburgh office. At Atlantic, he has concentrated on tenant representation and leasing in the eastern United States with a focus on the Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia region. He has worked with tenants such as Burlington, Charming Charlie, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, Jo-Ann Stores, Nordstrom Rack, Petco, and Talbots. Garrick has represented landlords such as The Kroenke Group, Pebb Enterprises, and PREIT. Prior to joining Atlantic, he spent time as a consultant in real estate market research and was with Dick’s Sporting Goods in both a market research capacity and in real estate. Garrick grew up in the Cincinnati, OH area and earned a BA from Miami University (OH) and an MBA from Robert Morris University. He worked in Detroit, MI as a real estate consultant for many retail companies and municipalities before moving to Pittsburgh, PA in 2001 to join Dick’s Sporting Goods. Away from work, Garrick enjoys hockey and is an avid home brewer. He and his wife, Kristin, have three kids and live in the south hills of Pittsburgh.
