Garrett Weiss

Garrett Weiss joined Presidium in 2011 and brings over 15 years of real estate and property management experience, in both commercial and residential fields. In addition to overseeing all of the Houston commercial properties, he also works with Presidium’s Acquisitions, Constructions, and Operations teams planning and executing on all due diligence project work associated with the firm’s new portfolio acquisitions. He works closely with all aspects of the takeover process and training/support needs on all new property acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition for both staff and residents alike. He takes pride in providing leadership in his daily tasks, offering superior results and customer service to the tenants, investors, and owners that we serve. Mr. Weiss attended Austin College in Sherman, TX.
