Garrett Sim

A Portland native, Garrett brings deep market knowledge and strong community connections to his role at Macadam Forbes. After playing basketball at the University of Oregon, he spent 12 years competing professionally in Europe, developing discipline, teamwork, and a global perspective. While still overseas, Garrett earned his real estate license and began working in residential sales, laying the foundation for his career. Upon retiring from basketball, he transitioned full-time into commercial real estate, combining his competitive drive with a passion for helping clients achieve their leasing, buying, and selling goals.
