Garrett McClelland

Garrett McClelland joined Voit in 2023 as a Senior Vice President and Partner in the Irvine office specializing in industrial building sales, development, leasing, and transaction management throughout the Orange County market. Prior to joining Voit, Garrett spent eleven years at Jones Lang LaSalle as Vice President of Industrial Advisory. Garrett began his commercial real estate career in 2008 as a sales associate in CBRE’s Anaheim office, where he managed industrial transactions, including complex acquisition, disposition, expansion and consolidation assignments. Following CBRE, Garrett joined 360 Commercial Partners and became a member of one of Orange County’s top-selling industrial real estate teams. At 360 Commercial Partners, Garrett advised landlords and tenants on sale, purchase and lease transactions, and offered strategic solutions to ensure his client's corporate directives were achieved. In July 2012, 360 Commercial Partners merged with Jones Lang LaSalle.
