Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Garrett worked in both the Tri-Valley & Central Valley markets. This background gives him a greater understanding of the overall Northern California Commercial Market and provides his clients a competitive edge with site identification and negotiation. Garrett utilizes his strong business acumen and market knowledge in advising his clients on all real estate matters. Garrett is an East Bay native and graduated from Azusa Pacific University.
