Gannon Roth

Gannon entered the Denver commercial real estate industry in 2005 immediately following his graduation from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, where he received a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Management. Gannon is a Colorado native raised in a commercial real estate household with his father a veteran commercial broker and his mother the owner of one of Denver’s top commercial property maintenance and janitorial companies. He is honored to have been recognized for and awarded several “Top Producers” awards from his brokerage firms, including a 2016 Top Producer Award from Unique Properties, as well as multiple “Power Broker” designations from CoStar. In 2007 DMCAR awarded him the #8 “Young Broker of Denver” and in subsequent years both a top 5 and more than one top 10 “Retail Broker” designation. He is a perennial DMCAR “Heavy Hitter”. Gannon has authored multiple articles for the Colorado Real Estate Journal and Western Real Estate Business and has been interviewed by Channel 7 Nightly News as a real estate expert in his field.
