Gail Chrzan

Gail Chrzan joined Blue & Obrecht Realty as Senior Vice President in 2016. In this role, Gail provides expertise in tenant representation, commercial sales and project marketing. Ms. Chrzan brings more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience to Blue & Obrecht Realty, most recently as a First Vice President at the CBRE office in Baltimore. In her 33 year tenure with CBRE, Ms. Chrzan was recognized as an expert in corporate representation, office leasing, and land and investment sales. Prior to CBRE, Ms. Chrzan was Assistant Vice President at Murdock Development Company and responsible for leasing and marketing of all of their Baltimore properties. She was also a member of Baltimore City’s Mayor Schaeffer’s staff and a Presidential appointee, responsible for passage of legislation for the General Services Administration in the House of Representatives
