Gage Rand

Gage has experienced great successes both in the worlds of real estate and in business. An innovative entrepreneur, creative thinker and marketing aficionado, he founded and grew a thriving moving company in Los Angeles which he ultimately sold, reaping the rewards of his labor by traveling the world. Not satisfied to stop there, Gage ventured into the management and development area of real estate in Boston, a career he embraced as a natural. He later decided to apply his talents to the most unique and exciting market of all: New York City. As he's always done when he's set his mind to something, Gage quickly earned an exemplary reputation and record of accomplishments as a top producer. Besides great interpersonal skills and vast market knowledge, he has a big heart for giving back. After the earthquake in Haiti in 2010, he took six months off of work to establish a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization called Operation Get Done. Gage spent about three months living in the Northern Province of Haiti, using his own money to run a regimented and effective forty-person work crew that distributed food and cleaned up streets. His organization caught the eye of the Haitian federal government, and Gage was offered international financing to continue his operation. It is with this same thoughtfulness, dedication and open-heartedness that he serves all his clients.
