Frost Weaver

Frost formed Weaver Realty Group in 1994 with a focus on providing full service property management and maintenance for commercial properties in Northeast Florida. He has extensive experience in all facets of real estate including asset/development management, consulting, and court appointed receiverships. Frost has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of income properties exceeding $207 million. These properties include shopping centers, office buildings, industrial buildings, self-storage and land. Prior to forming Weaver Realty Group he was a partner in The Cantrell Weaver Company between 1982-1994 which was actively involved in real estate investments and syndications, management, consulting and development of commercial and residential properties. The company developed or acquired and renovated, properties totaling over $100 million in value. These properties were located in Northeast Florida and consisted of office buildings, shopping centers, apartments, office/warehouse, self-storage facilities and single family subdivisions. Before that, Frost was Executive Vice President of Treco, Inc. (Formerly The Barnett Winston Company), a real estate development company headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. Activities included overall responsibility for the assets of the company, consisting of a diversified portfolio of income properties, condominiums, timeshare properties, residential developments and land.
