Freddie is the sole owner of Hilpp Properties, LLC. HP currently has over 100,000 SF of retail and office buildings, approximately 1.5 million SF of warehouse/industrial space and several prime commercial building lots in Central KY. HP takes pride in maintaining clean and energy efficient buildings while offering competitive pricing and flexible lease options to tenants. Freddie also has 35+ years in the commercial construction industry through his company Hilpp Construction, Inc. This unique position allows him to serve Hilpp Properties by being able to provide cost effective building expansions, completing tenant build outs, solving any problematic maintenance issues and providing a high level of property management.
