Fred Noa
Fred has spent over 30 years working exclusively in commercial brokerage and redevelopment throughout the state of Hawaii.
He is the co-founder of BlueRock Partners LLC. He was previously an Executive Vice President for 11 years in the Retail & Investment Advisory Services Divisions at CBRE, Inc. He has leased approximately 1 million square feet of commercial space throughout his tenure representing landlords and tenants respectively. His tenant representation has included transactional oversight of tenant expansion on the mainland and how it can be effectively administered from Hawaii. As part of his investment work, Fred was a founding member of the Commercial Investment Group (CIG) within CBRE being retained for both acquisition and disposition work with transacted asset values totaling over $350 million. Within the investment and retail leasing specialties, Fred has participated in over $1 billion in transactional value over his career.
