Fred Myer

Fred Myer has lived in Northern Nevada since 1970 and started investing in the Reno market in the 80s. Starting at a large local brokerage, (Remcor Real Estate) where he was the top producing agent every year for over 10 years, and then becoming the manager of Remcor with over 40 agents. Through the years he has handled many different types of transactions, selling residential real estate for the first 2 years then moving into commercial real estate. Fred has closed a number of commercial transactions in the downtown and outer Reno/Sparks areas over his years in the business. His passion is working with investors, but truly just working with people and helping them. Whether it’s structuring a sale lease back, a lease, a sale or finding that location to help grow your business investment. Real estate related problem solving is extreamly rewarding. He is a seasoned 1031 Tax Differed Exchange Specialist, a local owner of investment property himself, and a member of the National Council of Exchangers, and co-owner of Myer Commercial Realty.
