Fred started looking into investing as a personal investment back in 2014. Shortly after his experience attempting to purchase a property he earned his own license in 2015, started helping residential buyers with transactions and eventually started studying the real estate business. From 2014 until now Fred has completed over 200 transactions, guided clients through investing and had several successful investments himself. He champions his clients best interest and enjoys looking for off market opportunity that could be the next development.
