Fred represents both landlord and tenants in leasing assignments for retail, office, and industrial properties. He has assisted numerous lenders and the private sector in the disposition of all property types including retail, industrial, medical, office and vacant land including institutional grade investment properties. Prior to his career as a commercial real estate professional, Fred served as Vice President for Land Management and Environmental Services with Columbia Energy Group, Charleston, WV. He is a retired registered professional Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor with an Executive MBA. He approaches his real estate clients' needs in the same logical and orderly manner that he provided his engineering clients for thirty years.
