Fred Hyatt

As Senior Vice President, Fred Hyatt executes strategic tenant and landlord representation and is involved with business development on behalf of his clients. He also acts as a liaison to JLL's complimentary business lines and domestic and international offices. Mr. Hyatt came to JLL in 2007 after spending five years at CB Richard Ellis / Trammell Crow Company. Prior to his brokerage career, Mr. Hyatt was the Managing Member of a regional nutrition company for nine years, where he was directly responsible for real estate decision making for the company’s twelve facilities. It is this experience that allows him to not only understand the impact of leasehold properties as a line item expense, but also know the positive impact a strategic real estate plan can have on an organization’s success.
