In addition, the partnership successfully completed negotiations for American Express (150,000 SF), the corporate headquarters of The Dial Corporation (130,000 SF), The Law Firm of Fennemore Craig (121,000 SF) in Biltmore Financial Center III, 85,000 square feet in two transactions for Wells Fargo Bank, Sage Software (74,000 SF), Twentieth Century Fox (60,000 SF), Stantec Consulting (54,000 SF), various transactions from 2,400 - 41,000 square feet in all totaling 104,000 SF for Interact Commerce Corporation, The Alexander Group (30,000 SF), Acacia Life Insurance on a national basis for facilities ranging from 2,000-26,000 square feet and VistaCare on a national basis for facilities ranging from 2,000 - 30,000 square feet. Fred obtained a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 1978.
