Fred specializes in representing office users in office building sales and leasing, and landlords in the leasing of office buildings. Fred has been a Managing Principal with Lee & Associates Arizona since 2011. He has been with Lee & Associates since 1991. Fred worked as a Senior Marketing Specialist at Lyon Commercial Brokerage Company from 1981 to 1991. Fred was chosen as one of Real Estate Times' "25 Hottest Brokers" - in 1988. Fred has been in partnership with John Cerchiai since 1981. John and Fred have successfully achieved 100% occupancy of Gainey Ranch Corporate Center (600,000 SF), Kierland Corporate Center (110,000 SF), 2400 Biltmore Circle (66,000 SF), Biltmore Commerce Center (250,000 SF) and Park One (200,000 SF); 98% occupancy at Biltmore Financial Center (620,000 SF) and National Bank Plaza (285,000 SF); 95% occupancy at First American Title Building (250,000 SF); 95% occupancy at 1001 North Central Avenue (99,000 SF); 85% occupancy at Central Palm Plaza. In addition, the partnership successfully completed negotiations for American Express (150,000 SF), the corporate headquarters of The Dial Corporation (130,000 SF), The Law Firm of Fennemore Craig (121,000 SF) in Biltmore Financial Center III, 85,000 square feet in two transactions for Wells Fargo Bank, Sage Software (74,000 SF), Twentieth Century Fox (60,000 SF), Stantec Consulting (54,000 SF), various transactions from 2,400 - 41,000 square feet in all totaling 104,000 SF for Interact Commerce Corporation, The Alexander Group (30,000 SF), Acacia Life Insurance on a national basis for facilities ranging from 2,000-26,000 square feet and VistaCare on a national basis for facilities ranging from 2,000 - 30,000 square feet. Fred obtained a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 1978.
