Fred Burson

J. Fred Burson is the Broker of Record for Woodyard & Associates, LLC.He has been qualified as an expert witness in Commercial Real Estate for over 15 years by the 20th Judicial Circuit. He has also served as a Court Appointed Administrator for management and disposal of Real Property in Lee, Hendry and Collier Counties. Fred has testified in over 7,000 Value Adjustment Board Hearings, as an expert in Real Estate Values in the following counties; Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Hendry, Glades, DeSoto, Highlands, Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Indian River, Broward, and Monroe. A native of Southwest Florida, he currently lives in LaBelle. He is a member of the Lee County Sheriff's Mounted Patrol and avid supporter of 4-H and Little League Baseball in Lee, Hendry & Glades counties.
