Fred Barth

Fred Barth is the Managing Member and a stockholder of Spartan CRE. Fred has been with Spartan Partners since 1989, and previously worked with Wallace Associates beginning in 1984. He works on acquisition, sales, tenant representation and landlord representation. Fred has been active in the Utah market for more than 18 years. He has represented buyers and sellers of retail shopping centers, including Equitable Life Assurance, Wells Fargo Bank, U.S. Real Estate Advisors and others. He has developed strong relationships over the years with both local and regional developers, providing the ability to access available properties in the market. He has worked with developers in the development of shopping centers in downtown Salt Lake City and adjoining counties. Fred has represented and currently represents such tenants as Boston Market, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Video Update, Canyon Cafe, Guru's, Carpet Max, Smith's Food & Drug, Saturn, Del Taco, Tasty's Donuts, Wendy's, Magellan's Wraps, The Athlete's Foot, Mikasa, Sprint PCS and others. Fred has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1984
